The CrossFit Kids Program is a regimen that teaches children the world of fitness. The 2016 CF Kids Fall/Winter session will begin September 24 and run through December 10, 2016.
CF Kids empowers children to develop body control, teach basic nutrition concepts and form a healthy foundation for healthy habits both physically and mentally. The CF Kids program helps children experience teamwork, leadership, builds confidence, all the while, learning how to be fit and prepared for anything life has to offer.
The Kids will meet every Saturday.
Note: There will be no CF Kids sessions on October 1st and November 26th.

Ages 6-8: 9:15am - 9:45am (30 Min)
