Calligraphy in the Cold: My Work and Experiences as a Calligrapher

Christopher Haanes will show slides and talk about his work as a calligrapher, having worked professionally in Norway for 26 years. His work ranges from logos, book covers, type design, to diplomas, invitations and calligraphy as unique art pieces.

Christopher Haanes is a Norwegian calligrapher, teacher and author living in Oslo. He received a diploma with merit from Roehampton Institute. A fellow of the SSI since 1989, he has taught graphic designers for more than twenty years, as well as teaching workshops worldwide
