Come Join us for COACHED Saturday rides and/or brick (a run executed directly after a ride) inside the Hampshire Dome!
Coach Colin Cook (4x Ironman Hawaii finisher) will be leading our challenging, power/heart rate based rides. This is an excellent way to get faster this off season and hone your speed for that rapidly approaching 2017 Triathlon/Cycling Season! This is appropriate for cyclists/triathletes of all skill levels. Also a fabulous chance to ask Coach Colin your questions (during a recovery interval only!), meet/train with fellow athletes from the Southern NH/Northern MA area, and stay motivated during the tough New England winters. Each session includes the option to run on the HampshireDome indoor track after the ride.

$100 for 10 rides if you Bring Your Own Trainer IF WE GET 10+ people registered for the entire session, $120 if we have less than 10 people so invite your friends!
$15 for drop in IF SPACE IS AVAILABLE
Dates: Saturdays: 11/5, 11/12, 11/19, 11/26, 12/3, 12/10, 12/17, 12/24, 12/31, 1/7
Time: 6:30am set up with a 7am- 9am ride and brick run to conclude by 10am
If you have a longer workout to do you may come earlier (6:30 or earlier if you work it out with Colin) and/or stay late!
Bring: A trainer, a towel, fluids & nutrition needed, bike shoes, run shoes and a smile!
Please note that individual sessions are non transferable and there are no prorated refunds for complete session purchases.
Lastly, please note that if you want to sign up for the entire session, you're just signing up for the first class, not all 10 individual workouts.
