Words without Borders invites you to a celebration of international literature on Monday, November 2, 2015, at Tribeca Three Sixty. We will honor esteemed publisher and editor Sara Bershtel with the 2015 Ottaway Award for the Promotion of International Literature, presented by Michael Naumann. Master of ceremonies Rowan Ricardo Phillips will be joined by table hosts Mia Alvar, Edward Hirsch, Gregory Pardlo, Akhil Sharma, Monique Truong, and many others.

Words Without Borders is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the translation, publication, and promotion of the finest international literature. Since 2003 WWB has published over 2,200 pieces by writers from over 130 countries and 110 languages. We’ve also published seven acclaimed anthologies, including Literature from ‘The Axis of Evil,’ The Ecco Anthology of International Poetry, Tablet & Pen: Literary Landscapes from the Modern Middle East, and Spain's Great Untranslated. Our online education program, WWB Campus, brings contemporary international literature into the classroom.
