FAQs

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Distance between venues is small (all within a few miles) and parking is ample at each venue.

What can/can't I bring to the event?
Please be judicious in your experience, recognizing the sanctified and theraputic nature of this healing and transformative event.  Please leave the perfumes and scents, as some are deeply affected by them.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
YES please!  You can also check in with your smartphone and an ID.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
No, Thank you.  Everyone must have a ticket with their name on it and present it at registration in exchange for festival identification..  This is very important for smooth and efficient registration, class check ins, etc.  See above if you need to transfer the ticket to someone else, or contact us at the email address above and we can assist you.

What is the refund policy?

TERMS OF SALE: Customer assumes all risk or danger incidental to the festival, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to, the actual Sedona Yoga Festival activities. In order to be admitted to an event, each Customer must present an I.D. or receipt, to the applicable venue at the appropriate time. Entry may be refused for various reasons, including misconduct, intoxication, etc., as determined by the Producer.

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES: All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased will be made. This is a rain or shine event. Sedona Yoga Festival  may change the scheduled teachers, presenters, performers or change the event date or venue without notice, and any such change will not be considered a cancellation of the performance. Where events are held at outdoor venues, the risk of inclement weather is assumed by the Customer. Events may be held regardless of weather conditions, as determined by the venue operator and/or event promoter. Sedona Yoga Festival may need to modify the terms of this Agreement, and is granted the right to do so at any time. Only passes and/or tickets purchased directly from Sedona Yoga Festival are valid. No smoking, alcohol, pets, weapons, ice chests, coolers, glass or styrofoam are allowed on host property premises.

LIABILITY AND PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE: I certify that I, the participant, have consulted my physician and am in good health and have no physical or other impediment that would endanger me while participating. I hereby acknowledge that I understand all of the risks associated with this activity and knowingly agree to release, indemnify, discharge, waive and relinquish Sedona Yoga Festival (or its agents, employees, volunteers or parent companies or affiliates) from any and all liabilities, claims, or actions for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death which may arise out of my participation or attendance. I grant permission to Sedona Yoga Festival to use any/all photos or videos taken of me, the participant, for any Sedona Yoga Festival promotional purpose, including but not limited to the website, brochures, sponsor letters, photographer/videographer owned footage or other promotional items.
