Fernandeño Tataviam: Education and Cultural Learning Department

The Education & Cultural Learning Department house vital programs for the Fernandeno Tataviam Band of Mission Indians  including Teaching and Mentoring Indian Tarahat project - TAMIT - to serve 9th-12th grade American Indian students and the Tataviam American Indian Education Center which will provide K-12 services

Embracing the concept of acting as stewards for the people who call our homelands their home, our programs serve both Tataviam and urban Indian youth.
