The course serves as an introduction to permaculture design as developed by concept co-creator Bill Mollison, which opens the door to further practice, work and advanced education.

TOPICS COVERED WILL INCLUDE: Permaculture ethics and principles, pattern language and literacy, soils, ecological systems, composting, water catchment and use, climate and microclimate, food production and security, constructed wetlands, cultivated ecology, food forestry, broadscale design, appropriate technology, renewable energy, bioregionalism, alternative currencies, biofuels, ecovillages, transition towns, natural building, urban land reform strategies, design process, and much more...

*Enrollment-based tuition means that our baseline tuition for the course is $1,200, based on enrollment of 15 students. With each additional student above the initial 15 that enrolls, the tuition goes down; for example, at 20 students enrolled, the tution is only $975., at 25 students, it's down to $850., and when we get to 30 students, it's down to our lowest discounted rate of $800. -- very cheap for a PDC!

All you need to do to register is to pay the $200. deposit (refundable up to 30 days before the course begins), and we will post regular updates as more people signup and the tuition goes down (balance due on the first day of the course) -- and this should also encourage you to get your friends to attend too, as the more people enroll, the cheaper it gets for everyone!
