SYNOPSIS:
Armed Aggressor/Active shooter events in healthcare, campus and corporate settings have spiked in recent years. • Consider best practices for implementing and operating violence prevention management teams
  • Develop techniques to de-escalate aggressive behavior
  • Participate in a panel debrief and hear best practices and lessons learned from ECMC’s 2012 incident
  • Gain an understanding of what to expect from a police response
  • Obtain valuable resources to develop an armed aggressor training program for your organization
