The 2014 Traverse City Girl Scout Leadership Luncheon
As our signature luncheon fundraiser, the Traverse City Girl Scout Leadership Luncheon helps us to raise funds for and awareness of building girls of courage, confidence and character.
It's what we do -- provide skills to the next generation of women leaders.
The funds raised from this event supports educational skill building programs and strengthens financial assistance services that help girls get involved and stay involved in Girl Scouts.
This year’s keynote speaker is Sonya Sayler, the 2013-2014 National Cherry Festival Queen.
Sonya will share stories on the triumphs and challenges she has experienced being in a leadership role for girls. Sonya will also offer information on bullying, an important issue that took the nation by storm in 2013 and helped to launch a national Girl Scout initiative, Be A Friend First (BFF), an anti-bullying program.
Don't miss out! Purchase your ticket today. Due to a limited space, RSVPs are required
Want to show your support for Girl Scouts? Business sponsorships are still available.
We look forward to seeing you at the event!

We're the Girl Scouts.
We're 3.2 million strong -- 3.2 million girls and adults who believe every girl can change the world.
It began over 100 years ago with one woman, Juliette Gordon "Daisy" Low, who believed in the power of every girl. Today, we continue her vision of building girls of courage, confidence and character who make the world a better place by helping them discover their inner strength, passions and talents.
And with programs from coast to coast and across oceans, there's a chance for every girl to do something amazing.
We're the Girls Scouts.
