Can I bring my children to the event?
This family friendly event has no age limit. Children who wish to attend the gala program must purchase a student ticket. Children under 12 who do not wish to attend the program are welcome to stay in the children's room which will be staffed with free babysitting, food, and entertainment.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
The Grand Hyatt has a public garage and valet parking. Additional 24 hour parking is available at the City Center DC parking garage across the street. The hotel is accessible via the Metro Center stop.
How do I buy multiple tickets and make sure my group sits together?
When you purchase your tickets just select how many you want and put in the names. You can create an account on Eventbrite and your names later. If you purchase a table we will contact you for the list of names.
We must have the names of the individuals who will be seated as part of your group or they may not gain admission. Please be sure to give them a physical copy of their ticket to bring with them so we can more easily seat them with you when they arrive.
Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?
