Inaugural Pediatric Melanoma Summit
September 13-14, 2014
The Melanoma Research Foundation (MRF) is excited to announce the Inaugural Pediatric Melanoma Summit for young melanoma patients and their families. The Summit will provide educational and support resources to this growing population. All attendence is FREE.
Registration for the event does not reserve your hotel room. Room arrangements must be made through the MRF by calling (800) 673-1290 or by emailing Shelby Moneer at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The MRF will pay for one room and the taxes for each family at Great Wolf Lodge for the nights of Friday, Sept. 12 and Saturday, Sept. 13. Dates and rates outside of Sept. 12 & 13 cannot be guaranteed and must be arranged through the hotel. Access to the water park is included with the room. Room arrangements must be made through the MRF by calling (800) 673-1290 or by emailing Shelby Moneer at email@example.com. Guest rooms sleep 6 and have two queen beds, one sleeper sofa and one bathroom. Guests will be asked to provide a credit card for incidentals but will not be charged for the stay at the hotel.
Meals during the event will also be provided.
A baby-sitting service will be provided on Saturday during the hours of 8:30am-12pm. This service will be free of charge and can be utilized for siblings and other children who do not want to (or can't) participate in the scheduled activities and presentations on the agenda.
