The Washington Council of School Attorneys (COSA) is a membership organization of attorneys statewide who provide legal representation to public school districts. COSA provides semi-annual legal conferences for its members, once in the spring and again in the fall. COSA legal conferences are approved for MCLE sponsorship by the Washington State Bar Association.
