Celebrate the pleasures of the palate at our 8th annual Beaver Creek Wine & Spirits Festival on August 8, 9 and 10, 2014. Combining Beaver Creek’s very own culinary talent, exclusive wines and outdoor venues, the Beaver Creek Wine & Spirits Festival is the perfect blend of summertime in the mountains. From the opening event Manhattans in the Mountains to cocktail seminars and cooking classes the festival features culinary delights and unique libations for a variety of palates. The popular Walk &Wine event returns again this year with a guided hike with experts from the Beaver Creek Hiking Center followed by a unique farm-to-table culinary experience. The much anticipated Walk-around Grand Tasting finale, featuring the best of all we have to offer-you won’t want to miss a drop of this festival.

When will tickets be mailed out?
Tickets will not be mailed out. You will be sent a confirmation after you buy your tickets online. You can either print and bring the ticket with you, or each event will have a list of the event attendees at the door.

Will there be a Will Call and Ticketing Office open during the festival weekend?
Yes, the Will Call and Ticketing Office will be located in the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort & Spa (Gerald Ford room in Ford Hall) and will be open the following dates and times:
Thursday, August 7th: 4PM-6PM
Friday, August 8th: 10AM-4PM
Saturday, August 9th: 10AM-4PM
How do I get a refund or trade my tickets in for a different event?
All tickets for the event are non-refundable.

Where do I park?
Villa Montane - in the Main Village, off Avondale Lane. Complimentary summer parking for visitors from 7:00am to 11:00pm.

Village Hall- in the Main Village, before the skier bridge. Complimentary summer parking for visitors from 7:00am to 11:00pm.

Elk and Bear Parking lot(s)- located at the base of the east (Elk)and west (Bear) entrance to Beaver Creek. Complimentary parking with complimentary shuttle service to the Main Village.

Is there transportation within Beaver Creek? 
Beaver Creek offers complimentary shuttle service for all guests staying in Beaver Creek, Bachelor Gulch, and Arrowhead village to anywhere within the resort. For more information or to schedule a pick-up, call Village Transportation at (970) 949-1938 or ask your concierge to book a shuttle, allowing 10-20 minutes for pickup.

Is there assigned seating at the events?
There are assigned tables for the Splendido Dinner benefiting Bright Future Foundation on Friday, August 8th. Seating for all other events, demonstrations and wine tastings will be unassigned.

Are there any events open to the public at no charge?
Only guests with tickets and credentials will be permitted.

Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not permitted in any of the events.

Are there any age restrictions for the events?
All events are restricted to guests 21 years of age or older.
