Cancellation and refund policy
- For cancellations made before May 12, 2014 at 11:59pm PT: Full refund of registration minus a processing fee of 5% of the total order
- For cancellations made between May 13 and June 10, 2014 at 11:59pm PT: 50% refund issued of the total order
- No refunds for cancellations after June 10, 2014
