A marquee event for the High Fives Foundation, the Squaw Valley Prom is entering its ninth year and has seen tremendous growth and exposure since its inception. Bust out your Zinka sunscreen, beachwear and spring break attire as the Squaw Valley Prom drops in 1990’s spring break style. The evening will be slated as a night filled with fun and philanthropy with world-class musical entertainment, a GoPro video booth, a bigtruck Headwear “Sew on Site”, an Image Factory photo booth, and a costume contest for the best dressed in radical 1990’s spring break attire.

WHO: The High Fives Foundation and philanthropically minded partygoers from the Lake Tahoe region, the Bay Area and beyond.
WHAT: World-class musical entertainment; headlined by: DJ Chris Clouse with Ryan Lucero and special guests DJ Carlo (Giancarlo Lorverde), The Silver Boombox Thief and DJ Trick Master Fly.
WHY: To raise money and awareness for athletes that have suffered a life-altering injury while pursuing a dream in the Winter Action Sports community. Money raised supports a variety of High Fives endeavors such as the purchase of rehabilitative and adaptive equipment as well as funding for alternative healing and therapies.
The High Fives Foundation is a Lake Tahoe based 501.c.3 non-profit organization that is dedicated to support the dreams of mountain action sports athletes by raising injury prevention awareness while providing resources and inspiration to those who suffer life-altering injuries. The Foundation was started as a way to "pay it forward" for co-founder Roy Tuscany's' own personal recovery from a life-altering spinal cord injury in 2006.
