Event Details

The annual Lavender Harvest at the St. Maries, ID will be held for July 29 – August 3.  The Lavender Harvest is a unique event for distributors who want to experience the Seed to Seal® process firsthand, work alongside and learn from Young Living Founder Gary Young, and become an integral part in the harvesting and production of our pure essential oils.  Attendees will work with other passionate distributors to harvest, process, prepare, and distill precious botanicals into essential oils.

Cost:
$100
per person per week or $150 per couple per week
All distributors 18 and older are eligible to attend
All participants must be physically fit and able to lift 35 pounds, tolerate extreme temperatures, and participate in rigorous activities.
Registrations are non-refundable but are transferable until July 15
Registration site will go live once we have copy
Space is limited so we should encourage distributors to register now!

Accommodations:
While at St. Maries, distributors may stay in one of our dorm housing units provided by Young Living or reserve one of the cabins.  Cabins are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If distributors would like to stay in a cabin, they will need to send an e-mail tomking@youngliving.com for cabin lodging options.

Note: Bathrooms, showers, washers, dryers, and electricity will be available on site at the St. Maries farm.

Air Travel:
Airport Arrivals  July 29, 2013
Airport: Spokane, Washington Airport – July 29 – August 3
Arrivals: By 3pm
Airport Departures: After 12pm   August 3, 2013

Airport Transfers:

Complimentary Shuttle Service for Air travelers provided by Young Living
Location: Ramada Inn Spokane Airport
Pick-up: 4pm
Departing Time: 9am from camp
Please make your flight arrangements to accommodate these shuttle times. If you miss these shuttle times for any reason you will need to make and pay for your own transportation to and/or from the farm.  Shuttle services will only be offered to those staying at the Young Living farms for the harvest.  All others will need to make arrangements for a rental car and transportation to and from the farm daily.


Optional Transportation / Hotel:

If you’re driving to the planting or have opted to stay in a hotel, please send an e-mail mking@youngliving.com with your detailed travel arrangements.

Meals:

Young Living will provide 3 meals per day. Fruit, water and some snacks will be available throughout the day. Distributors are also welcome to bring their own snacks but will be responsible to store them.
