Welcome to the Dragon’s Halloween Ball #14 this Oct 26th, 2013 (9pm-2am) hosted at The W Hotel 2440 Victory Park Ln, Dallas, TX 75219.
A Production of Fantasy, Body Art and Music for a Good Cause...
There is no other party in Dallas like this one…This year's fantasy theme is the “Saints & Sinners”. Join us as we take over The W Hotel where beautiful angels and demons play with out fear of ever being judged. So appease your soul and let your imagination run wild, come in costume and/or body art as whoever you want to be. Watch amazing live performances, dance to the latest wicked sounds, explore and party on 2 themed floors, mingle with other like minded friends and if you think you’ve got what it takes to win the "Sexiest Diva" or the" Best All Around" costume prize then you will walk away with $500 to $1000 cash awarded by crowd applause and sponsored by our friends at the Electrique Boutique. The best thing is that net proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to 3 local charities so you can also "feel good being bad" for one night.. This year's show will be complete with amazing acrobatics, contourtionists, hip hop performances, beautiful body art, top area DJ's spinning the latest dance music on multiple floors and the unveiling of the new 2013 Dragon Goddess (Jen Cook). Performances start at 9:30pm so arrive early!

When you arrive…
The W Hotel welcomes the Dragon's Halloween Ballers to either party in "Heaven" on the 33rd Floor (Formerly the Ghost Bar) or party in "Hell" on the 2nd Floor (Grand Ball Rooms and various party chambers) with out fear of being judged or harrassed as our crowd is always fun, sexy and very respectful. Plently of space to explore, get tricked or treated and watch live performances by the 2013 Dragon Goddess, Acrobatic performers, Hip Hop Dancers, Sexy Angels & Demons Go-Go's and over 9 top area DJ’s will be featured through out the night. So get ready to party, dance and see all the amazing costumes/body art on each floor that you want to go. There will be fun themed rooms to explore, get lost, chill, dance, take lots of pictures and smoking areas outdoors (no smoking allowed indoors).
*If you have your ticket (Print out) and table RSVP then you will be greeted by your VIP host at The W Hotel to take you and your party to your table with no wait if your party is there. Ticket holders will have quick entry and non ticket holders will be in a separate line on the 2nd floor. Come early so you don't miss the start of the performances @ 9:30pm!

For the past thirteen years, the Dragon's Halloween Ball (aka the Dragon’s Ball) has presented more than just a great party. The event offers a unique and creative combination of fantasy, art, and music for a good cause (For 2013 the net ticket proceeds will be donated to support a local children's hospital - TSRHC, Art Love Magic Children's art workshops and WhoSoEverWill Women's Outreach).
We believe in featuring/supporting local Talent, Artist, Entertainers, DJs and Businesses while giving back and supporting local charities which supports our community. See our website for instructions on how you can donate to one or all of these great non-profit organizations even if you can’t join us this year.
From thirteen-year veteran participants and sponsors to newfound friends and acquaintances, it's ultimately YOU that has helped to make the Dragon’s Ball so special. Your enthusiasm and loyalty is greatly appreciated and we would like to say "Thank You" for keeping this event the premier Dallas Halloween party for over 13 years! For those of you who are new to the Dragon's ball you are definitely in for a treat and will have plenty of great stories that you will want to share with other likeminded friends. Pictures and Video will be shot at the Dragon's Halloween Ball event in which you may be captured. By attending this event you are allowing any pictures and/or video taken of you to be used for marketing and promotional purposes only by the Dragon’s Ball, The W Hotel and their affiliates. Please do not attend this event if you do not concede.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Yes, please bring your ID and copy of your ticket. Age requirements 18+ for ladies and 21+ for men.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
You can valet or self park on the streets or parking garage near by. Valet rate is typically $15 or $26 over night with in and out privleages. Parking garage rate varies depending on the city but is based on an hourly rate.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
Don't forget to bring your ID, ticket, credit/cash and a fun, sexy, party attitude BUT absolutely no outside alchohol/drinks, negative attitude or disrespectful behavior will be tolerated in the respected Dragon's Ball party areas. No weapons of any kind will be allowed except for a killer smile and smoking hot sexy guns (biceps if you have em).

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes it's best to bring your printed ticket with you but if you have lost it then it may take more time to pull up your info at the event and confirm that your ticket has not been scanned. You may want to down load the eventbrite app on your smart phone as back up which we can use to verify your ticket. We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets and if they've been scanned then that ticket will not be valid and you will be asked to purchase a new one to enter the party. Please do not purchase tickets from people you don't know because you will take on the risk of it being fraud. We would hate to turn you away at this event so please play it safe and don't mess around with fake tickets. The net proceeds of the ticket sales go to 3 local charities so each ticket sold supports charities our community...thank you for your understanding and support.
What is the refund policy?
All ticket sales are final - No refunds
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Yes, as long as your ticket hasn't been scanned it will ok. We understand that people will buy multiple tickets for their group of friends. Please have your ID ready to verify age.
