How can I best prepare for the event?
An email will be sent after you register providing tips to best prepare for the event. The main goal for all vendors is to enjoy presenting their service(s)/product(s) to potential clients/customers.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
You can bring all items necessary to promote your service(s)/product(s). If your business contains adult items, the items displayed must be appropriate for minors.
How will I know if someone from my same company has registered?
All vendors registered will be displayed on the event page to inform guests of vendors, and to inform other representatives of their representation.
What if two people from the same company share interest in vending?
It is up to the registered participant if he/she wants to split split shifts and leads.
How many people will be there or what is the traffic like?
The event has been booked for one of the higher traffic evenings at the clubhouse. It is recommended to share the event information with your friends and family to help increase traffic flow.
How is the event being advertised?
The event will be advertised via word of mouth, social media, emails, flyer postings, etc. If you would like a flyer to post in your community or workplace, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and a flyer will be emailed to you.
What are the rules for vending?
Basic rules is as follows:
- Set up times will be between 3:00pm and 4:00pm. All tables must be set up by 4:30pm. If you are unable to set up at that time, you will be permitted to set up the day before. Set up for the day before must be arranged by Friday, July 12th. Surveillance is provided to monitor your items.
- Breakdown of set-up will begin at 8:30pm. This ensures that there is no distractions from other tables, and that all guests have a fair chance of visiting all vendors.
- Attire: Business casual or casual attire. No bandanas, ball caps, or gym attire! Company designed t-shirts are permitted. You can still wear clothes appropriate for the weather while being professional and classy at the same time.
Can I leave early if I'm done selling items or have no guests attending my table?
No table is to be cleared before 8:30pm. If you have run out of items, please put a sign up informing guests of how they can purchase your items. However, the display must remain. If no guests are visiting your table, please keep your display up. To help guests visit your table, greeting them is always a way to grasp their attention.
What kind of massage equipment can I set-up?
You may set up a chair to provide sample massages.
What if something comes up and I cannot make it to the event?
It is recommended that you find a representative for your business. You may either sell your spot to the other party, however, no refunds will be provided. Fees are applied to advertising costs.
What if you run out of vending space?
There will be a waiting list. In the event a vendor cannot keep their table, the next vendor on the waitlist will be contacted.
