The Green Meeting Industry Council is the leading meetings association seeking to transform the global meetings industry through sustainability. All cancellations must be received in writing. If received before March 15, 2012, a $50 processing fee will be incurred. No refund of any kind, for any reason (excluding medical emergencies) will be given for cancellation requests received within 30 days of the event. Substitutions from the same organization are welcome at no additional fee. Email cancellations to firstname.lastname@example.org.
