Description of the Research Idea/Problem Statement Solicitation and the related Research Idea/Problem Statement Discussion
An important part of the 2012 ODOT-OkTC Transportation Research Day program is the presentations related to the Research Idea/Problem Statement Solicitation and the related Research Idea/Problem Statement Discussion. The ODOT conducts research every year and it is imperative it be of benefit to all parties involved - ODOT, consultants, suppliers, constructors and ultimately the driving public. You can assist in this effort by recommending research we could conduct. Please do this by submitting ideas or problem statements for consideration for the next round of funding.
While the deadline for form submission is November 30, 2012; the ODOT welcomes an early draft submission to be discussed at the 2012 ODOT-OkTC Transportation Research Day. Submitters may revise the initial submission and submit the final version to meet the November 30, 2012 deadline.
The link below leads to the ODOT Problem statement form that can be completed to submit your research ideas. Forms submitted by October 4, 2012 will be discussed at the 2012 ODOT-OkTC Transportation Research Day. Please help ODOT in directing research by submitting ideas and attending Transportation Research Day on October 4th and participating in the discussion.
Thank you for assisting this effort to focus our research on items important to Oklahoma transportation.
