BDPA's 2012 Regional Conference in the Washington, D.C. area is an annual venue co-hosted by regional HBCU/MIs for your Host Chapter's community Industry Days, Awards Events, Regional IT Showcase (ITSC), and Advanced Program Briefing for Interns (APBi).

This year, as a precursor to the National BDPA Technology Conference in Baltimore next August, our panelists will address industry challenges and workforce transformation opportunities. Workshops are designed to help members and attendees prepare for National BDPA Technology Conference industry workshops, career fairs, and networking event opportunities. 

Pre-Registration for Saturday's workshops is  requested on or before close of business Friday, June 15th, 2012.

BDPA National Capital Region

BDPA's mission is to bridge cyber security,  information technology (IT) and telecommunications competency gaps with Industry, Academia, under-represented, and underserved communities. Local BDPA Chapter goals across the National Capital Region (NCR) are set forth to provide technology and infocentric training programs with educational outreach programs for professionals, young adults, and youth in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area in direct support of economic development, technology inclusion, and workforce development initiatives.
