On May 17, the MPN Research Foundation will once again be hosting its Bay Area MPN Patient Symposium in San Mateo, California. The event will serve as an opportunity to learn about recent developments in MPN research, clinical trials, treatment options and more from several top names in the MPN medical community.

Registration Fee: $75 per person; each additional guest is $50. (Included are a continental breakfast, lunch and two snacks.)
If you would like to make an additional contribution of $1,000 (Gold), $500 (Silver) or $250 (Bronze) you may do so. Any contribution over and above your ticket sale will be accepted as a tax-deductible gift to the MPN Research Foundation.

Parking: Free parking is available in the lot adjacent to building 920. Signs will be posted designating the appropriate lot. Should overflow occur, there is a 3-level garage next to the lot that may provide additional space.
