Thursday, October 11:
8:30 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. Annual Meeting Program

Friday, October 12:
8:00 a.m. – 8:30 p.m. Annual Meeting Program

Registration Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received before August 3 = 100 percent refund
Cancellations received between August 3 and September 14 = 50 percent refund
Cancellations received after September 30 = no refund available
