2011 BDPA Regional Technology Conference


Executive Summary:

BDPA's 2011 Regional Conference in the Washington, D.C. area is a venue for your Host Chapter's annual community Industry Day and Awards Luncheon, Regional High School Computer Competition (HSCC), IT Showcase (ITSC), and Advanced Program Briefing for Interns (APBi). This year, our panelists and presenters will address industry challenges and opportunities in Cyber Security, mobility, and new wireless technologies. Presentations are developed for general and professional audiences. Pre-Registration is requested on or before Wednesday, June 15th, 2011.

BDPA National Capital Region

BDPA's mission is to bridge cyber security,  information technology (IT) and telecommunications competency gaps with Industry, Academia, under-represented, and underserved communities. Local BDPA Chapter goals across the National Capital Region (NCR) are set forth to provide technology and infocentric training programs with educational outreach programs for professionals, young adults, and youth in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area in direct support of economic development, technology inclusion, and workforce development initiatives.
