2 Tuesdays: Small Steps, Big Changes
2-Tuesdays is a small and yet BIG program teaching you the use of small steps reaching for BIG changes ~ It does not matter the dream or goal ~ what matters is that you take those internal inklings or nudges and act on them, explore them, see where they grow. Most individuals want to act on those nudges, but are stuck in their own mind. We can all relate to this challenge! It is a human action, response, roadblock and teaching tool (if you let it).
Take 2 Tuesdays a month and challenge yourself to make, set and achieve goals that are important to you. You'll be accompanied by friendly colleagues who are also seeking growth and by Kate Miller, personal development life coach, speaker and writer, who will lead the sessions.
Month One: 9/13 & 9/27. September ~is about mindset. We will as a group look at mindset, what it is, why it trips us up, and talk about how to begin mastering mindset. You will have individual worksheets for your particular block.
Month Two: 10/11 & 10/25. October ~ is about sharing goals/dreams/desires/or issues. In this session we will discuss tips, ideas, offer words of support or encouragement as you focus on one area applying your new mindset skills. Accompanying worksheets.
Month Three: 11/8 & 11/22. November ~ is about accountability. Where do you turn when your mindset becomes wobbly and steps are uncertain, procrastination sets or your heart just in not into it [goal/dream/desire]. Self care tips and an invitation for attendees to share personal ideas that work. Follow-up worksheets.
