Mental Health First Aid Training
Save lives and build stronger communities

Join us for this two-half day training!

Date: Sept 26th & 27th

Time: 8:30am-12:30am each day! * Registration starts at 8:15am, class starts promptly at 8:30am.

You will learn:
* The prevalence of mental illnesses in the U.S. and their emotional and economic cost.
* The potential warning signs and risk factors for depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, psychotic disorders, eating disorders, and substance use disorders.
* A 5-step action plan to help an individual in crisis connect to professional care and resources available to help someone with a mental health problem.

**Each Class Limited to 30 participants**

Coffee, Tea, Snacks will be provided.

Certification in Mental Health First Aid will be attained upon completion of an 8-hour training, written test, and online course evaluation. You must attend both days. Please block your calendars and commit to attending this valuable training that strengthens our community!
