About Attorney Marwan Porter & The Porter Law Firm

Marwan Porter is the managing partner at The Porter Law Firm with offices located throughout South Florida. The Porter Law Firm specializes in litigating wrongful death, personal injury, and workplace discrimination cases. He was named one of National Bar Association’s Top 40 Lawyers Under 40 and was invited for membership into the Million Dollar Advocacy Forum as a result of the multiple million-dollar results he has achieved for his clients. Marwan Porter represents people who have been injured throughout the country, and takes pride in being a voice for the voiceless and fighting for those who are unable to fight for themselves. Attorney Marwan Porter can be contacted at (888) 258-2448 and online at www.theporterfirm.com.

The Porter Law Firm is currently representing the family of Raymond Herisse, a young, black man who attended the annual Urban Beach Weekend event in 2011 on Memorial Day Weekend and was fatally killed by Hialeah and Miami Beach Police Officers. He was 22 when he was killed on a South Beach street by an avalanche of 116 shots that were fired by police that early May morning, leaving Herisse slumped over his steering wheel, his left side riddled with bullet wounds. In all, he was shot 16 times. The criminal probe into whether the 12 police officers who participated in the shooting continues.
