1st Phorm Community Hike

We are back for another hill climb at Wind Wolves Preserve!!

We will be taking off from the parking lot promptly at 1:00 pm.

The hill is moderate. We will get our heart rates up a bit, but nothing you can’t handle. Children and pets are good to go as well. Let’s be real, the kids and the dogs are probably going to handle it best!

Number 1 rule is nobody gets left behind. We start and finish as a team.

We will provide water, pre workout, post workout and some snacks!! If you want to partake in our traditional Megawatt dry scoop before we start then I urge you to try to be there a little early.

Can’t wait to get back to Cali, see our people and get a little better together. As always, EVERYONE is welcome to join us and it costs nothing but a smile and good vibes.
