Welcome to the 1st Annual Virginia Beach Carnival, a cultural experience that combines the various elements of Carnival with the Seaside Atmosphere of Virginia Beach over a summer weekend in July. The annual event features One (1) stage , Three (3) signature events, Early Morning J’ouvert, Rep Your Flag Fete and a costumed Parade & Concert and brings visitors and participants from across the globe, all who come to celebrate the West Indian Culture.
This Carnival Weekend spans over 3 days July 20th through July 23rd. It's going to be MAS!!
