This event will unite Girls are Powerful and Moms, two compelling influences in girls’ development, for a morning of education, empowerment, and fun for you and your daughter or loved one.
POWERFUL, BEAUTIFUL, UNIQUE, SMART, CONFIDENT AND DETERMINED
These are the Girls are Powerful power words and this event’s agenda includes interactive exercises, art projects, and techniques for building and maintaining healthy self esteem using the Girls are Powerful power messages. The content and activities are appropriate for girls aged 8-13.
For the adults, we will also have a professional speaker, Josie Robinson, who will teach us the importance of self-empowerment through the practice of gratitude and the power we have to change ourselves and our families by changing our mindset.
The objective is for girls and their moms or caregivers to have fun while celebrating themselves and the strength, power, and beauty of their relationships. Everyone will walk away from the event with some new strategies and take home follow-up activities to help everyone embrace their power and reinforce the concepts covered in the event.
As you put this event on your calendar, we’d like to suggest adding some extra time, if you are able, to take your daughter out to lunch after the event to continue the conversation and talk about what you each learned to deepen your connection and the impact of the event.
