1st Annual Global March To Stop Euthanasia
Thu, June 15, 2017, 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM PDT
The 1st Annual Global March To Stop Euthanasia is taking place in dozens of cities throughout the world on June 15, 2017, which is World Elder Abuse Awareness Day. The US-based march is being organized by the family members of involuntary euthanasia victims, who were intentionally killed by medical staff in a hospital, hospice, home-care, or nursing home setting. We march to honor those who lost their lives in this horrific way, as well as to raise awareness about this hidden epidemic and advocate for policy changes at the state & federal levels. If you'd like to share your story, volunteer, host a march in your city, or just would like more information, please feel free to call our hotline at (650) 285-1149, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We appreciate your willingness to take a stand and be the voice for vulnerable patients who have been suffering in silence for far too long.
