This year’s theme is MAKING A DIFFERENCE: Engaging Communities of Color. This event aims to highlight what libraries have been doing to engage communities of color, advocate for greater equity, and combat racism and xenophobia through library programming, outreach, and collections.

We are very excited and look forward to gathering and sharing some truly inspiring experiences. Since there will be no virtual component of this meeting, we look forward, to seeing as many of you in person as possible.

Please Note: CUNY policy states that to enter the campus, visitors are required to show a valid state or city issued ID.

The Annual RNE Joint Mini-Conference (JMC) brings together presenters from the National Associations of Librarians of Color (NALCos): the American Indian Library Association (AILA), Asian Pacific American Librarians Association (APALA), Black Caucus of the American Library Association (BCALA), Chinese American Librarians Association (CALA), and REFORMA, the National Association to Promote Library and Information Services to Latinos and the Spanish Speaking.
