Join the Women's Business Development Center (WBDC) for its 19th Annual Early Childhood Education Entrepreneurship Expo: Moving Your Business Forward! 

If you're in the business of childcare, and in the Chicagoland area, you need to attend ECE3. With an updated format to get you the information you need quicker, ECE3 is key to building the foundation to the future of your business.

Limited onsite tickets will be available for $50 at the door the day of the event.

Launching Your Business - Workshop Block I 
In this session, you will focus on how to build a valuable business plan, what licensing procedures are required from DCFS (Department of Child and Family Services), and get an introduction to INCCRRA (Illinois Child Care Resources and Referral Agencies) Network. Discover how earning Gateway credits through workshops can help you obtain and maintain your license, as well as improve the quality of your services.

Transitioning from Home to Center Based Daycare - Workshop Block I 
Are you ready to take the leap from home based to center based? Learn how to apply your experience and combine it with applying for financing, applying for the proper licensure through DCFS, and conducting a market analysis to see if the time is right for you to expand!

Diversifying Your Revenue - Workshop Block I
By engaging in more proactive marketing practices, you can gain multiple channels of revenue. Topics covered include getting new clients, making new contacts to grow your network, why and how to join a provider association in your area to stay informed of new trends. Plus, tips on how to increase the amount of private pay clients in your daycare!
