Description

This conference is designed to give family and professional caregivers a break from daily routines and answer questions about providing care and support. Our guest speaker this year will be Martha Stettinius, author of the book Inside the Dementia Epidemic: A Daughter's Memoir. Martha wrote about her experience in caregiving for her mother. Martha will be signing copies of her book, which will be given to every attendee.

Registration is $25 for professionals and $20 for family caregivers. This includes a continental breakfast, lunch and dessert, as well as access to resource vendors and raffle prizes. Registration begins at 8:30.

Presented by UR Medicine Home Care, in collaboration with Clark Meadows, Comfort Keepers, Finger Lakes Caregiver Institute, Ferris Hills at West Lake, iCircle, Thompson Health and Wegmans, with support from the Joseph E. Brown Fund of the Rochester Area Community Foundation.
