About this event
Alzheimer's Education, Resources and Services (AERS) is pleased to bring you the 19th Annual Alzheimer's Professional and Family Caregiver Conference!
Keynote Speaker, Dr. Joshua Freitas, an award-winning memory care program developer, researcher, and author, and the Vice President of Program Development at CERTUS, creates unique programs and engagement initiatives. Speakers Dr. Richard Keegan, Dr. Paul Brown, Veronica Mckenzie, and Gayle Boswell will also speak to caregiving in both the professional and personal settings. To round out the day, we will have around 40 healthcare-related service-providers there to answer questions and discuss how they can help!
If you care for, or love somebody who requires memory care, this is a conference you don't want to miss.
Registration is $20 per individual, $50 for professionals requiring CEU credits and nursing home staff is no-cost. Online registration is handled through eventbrite.com or you can download and print the registration form from our website at www.alzheimers.org/events
