TellyCares Real Talk Teen, Series I: Puberty, Feelings & Facts

Teen Talk: Puberty, Feelings & Facts is a supportive and educational 6-week teen group designed for youth ages 13–17. This group creates a safe space for teens to learn about puberty, body changes, emotional ups and downs, relationships, self-esteem, boundaries, and healthy decision-making.

Many teens have questions but may not know where to ask. This group provides honest, age-appropriate information in a respectful and judgment-free setting while helping teens build confidence and emotional wellness.

Participants will gain tools for managing feelings, understanding body development, navigating peer pressure, and building healthy self-respect.
