Join this partnered event with Small Business Administration (SBA), Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and Department of Labor Wage & Hour Division (WHD) for an informative webinar to give attendees tips for the business toolbelt.

Attendees will learn key requirements related to the Wage and Hour laws in the Food Service Industry including properly claiming “tip credit”, calculating minimum wage and many more toolbelt must have tips.

EEOC will provide information on the core federal EEO laws and how they apply to the food service industry. This session with help you identify common discrimination risks in food service settings and employer responsibilities for preventing workplace harassment. At the end of the session, participants will understand the EEOC charge filing process and what employers can expect if a charge is filed.

This session will provide many tools for business owners to prevent and stay in compliance with EEOC and the Department of Labor Wage & Hour Division. You don’t want to miss this session!
