No. Tickets can not be exchanged or refunded.

Where is the Galleria Financial Center (GFC) located?

Accepted Answer

The GFC building is connected to (sits above) the Houston Galleria Mall (enter mall to enter GFC). Best way to access is to park in the yellow garage of the Galleria mall, enter the mall, & take the GFC elevators to the 6th floor.  The GFC elevators are near the Apple store & 1st floor Starbucks.

What is the dress code?

Business attire. Attendee(s) may be asked to leave if out of dress code which includes but not limited to attire, attitude, hygiene, smell (i.e. marijuana, odor), etc. Please be professionally presentable. *Dress code is up to the discretion of the venue *no refunds will be issued

There is plenty of free parking. There is also designated paid parking areas.
