Summer in Greece, Right Here-O Tavros Pop-Up

O Tavros is a Greek pop-up dinner series bringing the spirit of a real Greek taverna to Los Angeles. A shared table, family style, made from scratch.

I grew up cooking Greek food and have spent my whole adult life making the recipes my family passed down. Sharing them is how I share my heritage, my culture, and the people I love.

The evening begins at 7pm with warm housemade pita, Greek olives, and tzatziki — made with our own fresh yogurt. At 7:30 we gather for a Greek dance lesson — participation encouraged, never required. Then the table fills.

Golden roasted chicken thighs with lemon, garlic & oregano

Revani (semolina cake) · Greek mountain tea with Greek honey

Everything on this table is made from scratch — right down to the yogurt.

This is a set menu, family style dinner. We are unable to accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies.

$110 per person — includes welcome drink, all courses, dessert, and Greek mountain tea.
