SACRED RESONANCE ~ a montly Sound Healing Journey at Unity of Boulder

You will be bathed in the nourishing vibrations of sound instruments that will help you to relax, release, receive, rejuvenate, not only in your physical body, but also soften and open your heart, quiet the mind, restore heart mind connection, and return you to a natural state of coherence.

Sharing and participation may be before or after Sound Healing. Each gathering is unique to those that attend. Expect simply to flow in this sacred ceremony...and have fun!

*You will receive individual as well as group healing with instruments played.

SOUND HEALING JOURNEYS ~ During this transcendent sound healing journey, Caressa, with the wisdom of light and sound frequency healing, uses a collection of instruments creating a cosmic symphony of Tibetan metal and 432hz crystal bowl vessels; Fibonacci tuning forks, medicinal voice, drums, rhythmic breathing, and more. These instruments emit different healing tone frequencies of soothing sonic resonance that create harmony, which restores and realigns the body and soul, and can even shift one into altered states of consciousness.

DOORS CLOSE: * NOTE - In order to create a container of deep relaxing and connection during this gathering, doors will be locked by 7:05PM. MAKE SURE TO ARRIVE ON TIME.

* PLEASE LEAVE CELL PHONES IN THE CAR. THANK YOU! Our intention is to create a pure field of connection without electromagnetic radiation from artificial devices.

* Best not to have a heavy meal or caffeine directly before sound healing.

WHAT TO BRING:
***BRING LOTS OF CUSHION*** to prepare a comfortable place for yourself ~ Pillows, blankets, camping mat/yoga mat. Don't be shy... People bring bags/bins full.

* If you have lower back troubles, it is suggested to also bringing a pillow or bolster to place under your knees.

* Drink plenty of water throughout the day previous to journey, but not directly beforehand so that you may remain in stillness without running to restroom. Sound waves carry on water, and the more hydrated you are, the more likely the frequencies will have a penetrating effect.

It is common during the Sound Healing Journeys that one can go into very deep states of relaxation and altered states of consciousness. This is the sacred space created for all. Any small noise can pull someone out of a deep state.
