How long is the tour?

The total experience is 1 hour, which includes approximately 20 minutes of guided tour through our shop, repair department, and vault, plus additional time to browse and shop our collection at your own pace.

What's included with my tour?

Your tour includes behind-the-scenes access to areas not typically available to walk-in visitors, expert stories about the instruments and our authentication process, a complimentary Carter Vintage t-shirt, and time to explore our collection after the guided portion.

How many people will be on the tour?

We keep our tours intimate with small groups to ensure everyone can see, hear, and ask questions. Maximum group size is 12.

Do I need to bring anything?

Just bring yourself and your curiosity! We'll provide everything else. Feel free to bring a camera or phone for photos.

Can I purchase a guitar during or after the tour?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! You'll have time to browse and shop after the guided tour portion. Our team will be available to answer questions and assist with any purchases.

What's your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Registration closes 24 hours before your scheduled tour time. If we need to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive an email notification and can reschedule for another date.

Will I get to play any guitars?

The tour focuses on behind-the-scenes access and storytelling about our collection and processes. After the guided portion, you're welcome to browse and can ask staff about trying specific instruments.
