Each month we host FREE workshops to motivate individuals to take care of their physical health . Workshops include yoga , extreme hip hop , Zumba and more . Limited spots per session .

Join Boss Babe Szn in the Keep Movin ‘ Series .Join us in a motivation walk at Mount Trashmore Park . Getting active with a group of like minded individuals will help motivate you to STAY active . We will stretch &amp; walk a few laps around the park as a unit.
