2:00–2:25 | Awakening Joy as a Spiritual Practice with Lucy. Discover how joy can be intentionally cultivated as a daily spiritual practice. Learn simple ways to shift your energy and reconnect with a more expansive state of being.

2:30–2:55 | Sacred Travel & Planetary Portals with Lucy. Discover how sacred sites around the world act as energetic gateways, supporting both personal transformation and collective awakening.

3:00–3:25 | Meridian and Acupressure Points with Aisha. Learn about the body’s energy pathways and key acupressure points. Discover simple techniques to restore balance and support overall well-being.

3:30–3:55 | Poetry Reading with Eric. Experience a collection of original, spiritually inspired poetry. Allow the words to guide you into reflection, presence, and deeper awareness.

4:00–4:25 | Introduction to Light Language with Sneha. Learn what Light Language is, explore its healing benefits, and receive a gentle activation to support balance, renewal, and energetic alignment.
