A Practice of Presence, Care &amp; Community In honor of Mother’s Day and Mental Health Awareness Month, join us for a deeply nourishing alignment-based Hatha Vinyasa Yoga class designed as a shared experience of grounding, restoration, and connection.This class is created for women 30+—whether you are new to yoga or already have an established practice—and is especially meaningful when shared with the women who shape your life: mothers, daughters, sisters, mother figures, mothers-in-law, aunts, daughters-in-law, and pet moms alike.Profound, intelligent, and accessible, this practice supports every body type and level of experience. Through breath, alignment, and mindful movement, you’ll be guided into a space that supports physical vitality, emotional balance, and mental clarity.Rooted in the wisdom of Eastern tradition and the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, this class invites you to slow down and reconnect with yourself through structure, stability, and strength.
