Join Nikki Benoit, a Reiki Master Teacher since 2014, for a welcoming Level 1 training. This experience is open to anyone curious about energy work and ready to bring calming, restorative energy into their own life and the lives of others.Reiki is a Japanese energy practice that promotes deep relaxation, clarity, and overall well-being.Becoming a Reiki practitioner is more than learning a technique, it’s a choice to connect with positive energy and let it flow through you. This practice can shift how you think, feel, and move through life, bringing greater balance, ease, and awareness. Space is limited, so be sure to register in advance.
