This final session marks the last Awaken the Breath of the season.Hosted at Tala Beach, this immersive breathwork experience blends guided techniques, music, and intention to create a grounding and transformative journey by the ocean.Awaken the Breath is designed for all levels. No prior experience is needed. Guests are guided through gentle yet powerful breathing patterns that help regulate the nervous system and cultivate clarity, calm, and connection.This is more than a class — it’s a ritual.
