What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing you can relax in easily. Think cozy, soft, and breathable.

Will I be lying down the whole time?

Most guests choose to lie down or sit comfortably during the sound bath on their mat. You are welcome to adjust your position at any time.

What are the benefits of sound healing?

Accepted Answer

Many people attend sound baths to support relaxation, stress relief, emotional balance, mental clarity, and nervous system restoration and soreness in the body. Experiences vary from person to person.

Will I have to participate or speak?

No speaking is required. This is a low-pressure space where you can simply receive and rest.

Can pregnant guests attend?

Accepted Answer

Many pregnant guests enjoy sound baths, but it’s always best to consult your healthcare provider first and choose a comfortable position during the session. We do not recommend mothers in their first trimester.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in and get comfortable before we begin.

What is the parking like?

Accepted Answer

There is free street parking on the surrounding streets as well as free 2hour parking in the deck connected to the Revery Hotel right next door. Please park at your own risk and choice, typically once self parked when notifying valet that you are doing 2hr parking; your car is unbothered.
