Bourbon Tasting Dinner at The Gray | Hosted by The Beacon Bed & Breakfast

Kick off the evening with a hand-crafted cocktail by award-winning Mixologist and World Icon of Whiskey Sailor Guevara, paired with a curated appetizer. From there, we move into an immersive sensory journey as Sailor guides you through her renowned whiskey meditation and our signature bourbon flight. The experience continues with storytelling from Doc Brown founders Amy Brown and Paige Dockweiler, leading into a chef-prepared dinner by Kim Teasley. Each course is expertly paired with the Doc Brown flight—featuring Southern Ember, and limited edition Effie Jewel—alongside their premier honey bourbon.

We’ll close the evening with a bourbon cream dessert pour and cocktails on the patio.
