What will we actually do during the session?

Each session includes a short framing of the theme, guided discussion, optional journaling, and a gentle closing. The goal is insight rather than emotional processing.

Who is this for?

Women who are dating, in relationships, or simply curious about their relationship patterns and want a thoughtful, grounded space to reflect.

What should i bring?

Just yourself. We will provide a journal and pen.

Is this a commitment or a series?

Accepted Answer

No long-term commitment is required. You’re welcome to attend one session or return for future ones.

Is alcohol involved?

Accepted Answer

Not required. The meeting is held in a public cafe space- feel free to gran coffee, tea, or whatever feels right for you.

Is this group therapy?

No. Healthy Love Cub is a peer-led discussion group focused on reflection and insight. It is not therapy or mental health treatment and does not replace professional support.

Question 7

Do i have to share?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. Listening is a valid form of participation. You’re always invited to share only what feels comfortable to you.

Question 8

Will people give advice or tell me what to do?

Accepted Answer

No. We intentionally avoid advice-giving. The focus is on noticing patterns, reflecting, and hearing different perspectives. Not fixing o solving.
