Intro to Sourdough ClassJoin us for a fun and interactive Intro to Sourdough Class hosted by Homemade by Lauren and Sixteen West Neighborhood Market.You’ll get your hands in the dough as we walk through every step together: feeding and maintaining a sourdough starter, mixing and shaping dough, and prepping your loaves for baking. You’ll also practice professional techniques like scoring and shaping so you can create beautiful, bakery-style bread at home.Best of all, you’ll leave fully equipped to keep baking! Each student goes home with:<ul><li>A beginner-friendly sourdough guide</li><li>Your own jar of active starter</li><li>A bread-baking tool kit (dough whisk, bench scraper, and proofing basket)</li><li>Two sourdough loaves made in class, ready to bake and enjoy</li></ul>Come ready to learn, get messy, and fall in love with sourdough.
